Between 20 and 25 August 2016, the AGRA 2016 fair took place in Gornja Radgona, where 1,798 exhibitors from 30 countries presented new trends in ecological food cultivation, high-end agricultural equipment, and other innovations in agriculture. The partner country of this year’s fair was Hungary. Belarus, Poland, Serbia, and Croatia also introduced themselves more closely.
During our presentations, we brought PANTHEON Farming closer to agriculture professionals and enthusiasts by demonstrating how the program works on concrete examples of agricultural tasks, such as calculating reproduction events, preparing optimized meals, simple pesticide calculation, and looking up the state of a wine cellar on a smartphone. We were also “selling” fruit and other produce, and issued invoices with our PANTHEON Retail cash register at our stand.
Attendees were not only happy with the PANTHEON Farming solutions but also the various practical prizes we were giving away. All in all the fair will be remembered for its vibrant events stressing the importance of IoT in making successful farming business.
